Professional and disciplinary leadership of the object team as well as promotion of employees in the operating daily business Ensuring contract-oriented performance and responsibility for the economic support of the object Central contact for the customer in all questions concerning the technical building management Planning and control of personnel, resources and process operations including internal performance calculation Responsibility for complex technical installations and ensuring quality, availability and operator requirements

Complete technical training as an electronic, energy plant electronics, electrical installer, plant mechanic HKLS or a comparable qualification Ideally advanced training for technicians, masters, Bachelors or engineers, preferably in facility management, technical building equipment, utility technology, HKLS or electrical engineering Multiannual professional experience in technical building management, facility management or in the technical support of buildings and installations Good knowledge of MS Office, ideally also in SAP and Planon Excellent quality and cost awareness, high service orientation and driving licence class B
