Monitoring and optimization of key indicators for the assessment and control of corporate performance Creation of detailed comparison and deviation analyses incl. Feedback with recommendations for action to the management Creation of demand-oriented ad hoc analyses, reports, forecasts and budgeting as well as support and further development of the relevant key figures Processing of cost and performance accounting (cost center/cost carrier accounting, balance fee accounting, etc.) Designing and developing the digitalization of controlling processes & -tools Takeover of projects and special tasks

Successfully completed business studies with the focus on controlling/financial and accounting or comparable training or Qualification or corresponding professional experience Professional experience in controlling or financial and accounting Analytical and methodical thinking, a high affinity to figures and a good understanding of financial processes Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Structured and independent operation High level of initiative, commitment, trustworthiness, discretion and loyalty
