Ventomaxx has been a medium-sized company for individual solutions in ventilation technology since 2004. At our site in Landshut we develop, plan and manufacture tailored decentralized ventilation systems with 50 colleagues and implement them in demanding construction and renovation projects in the DACH region.

We don't want Mitdenker and no Mitdenker. Ideas and suggestions for improvement are always happy to be seen and appreciated. This is the only way we can develop and withdraw from the market.

Assembly: You mount individual components of our decentralized ventilation systems. Warehouse organization: You support the acceptance of goods and shipping, take care of the labelling and removal of goods. Diversity: Depending on the interest and skills, you will take over other tasks or special projects.

Experience: Ideally, you have already gained experience in assembly or in a craft/technical field. Team skills: You realize where action is needed and are ready to pack and support your team. Communication: Good knowledge of German in Word and Writing (min. B2).
