Study in the field of mechanical engineering/construction engineering or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience in product development Finded technical knowledge in the field of agricultural engineering or agriculture, ideally focusing on soil processing or sowing Knowledge of common project management methods such as SCRUM or experience in project management enthusiastic personality with pronounced communication strength, ideally with (first) leadership experience Solution-oriented working and entrepreneurial thinking combined with Hands-on-Mentality
