Commercial Manager Infrastructure (m/f/d)

In commercial energy park management, we take over the economic management of our assets – from structuring to operating phase to continuous optimization. We are looking for you as our new:n Commercial Manager Infrastructure (m/w/d) at one of our locations in Aurich or Oldenburg or Bremen or Hannover. Your role In this position, you take the commercial responsibility for infrastructure assets such as transformers, energy storage and infrastructure companies (SPVs). You ensure that our projects are optimally controlled economically and contribute significantly to the long-term increase in our portfolio.

Own-responsible commercial management of infrastructure assets (e.g. transformers, energy storage, SPVs) Control of financial performance incl. Budgeting, Forecasting and Cashflow Management Strategic planning and development of assets along their lifecycle Preparation and implementation of cross-departmental reviews (economic, technical, strategic) Creation, testing and negotiation of network and infrastructure contracts in stock Contract management and monitoring of deadlines and obligations Creation of reports and analysis of deviations incl. deriving recommendations for action Close cooperation with internal interfaces (project development, asset management, finance, legal, marketing) Management of external partners (e.g. business leaders, banks, tax advisors, auditors, co-partners) Maintenance of property owners:inside and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations Acquisitions and integration of new assets into the portfolio

Graduate in Business Administration, Energy Economics, Economics or Engineering Multiannual professional experience in the environment of renewable energies or asset/project management Found experience in contract management and ideally in the negotiation of complex contracts Good knowledge of relevant topics (e.g. energy market, electricity marketing, network connection, company law) Extensive understanding of economic indicators and investment decisions Structured, independent working and entrepreneurial thinking Communication strength, negotiation skills and safe occurrence Organisational strength and ability to control several topics in parallel Hands-on mentality and joy in working in a dynamic environment Very good German and good English skills Class B driving licence and standby for occasional journeys
