For one of our well-known customer companies, we are now looking for a reliable machining mechanic / CNC machine operator (m/w/d) in full time, also for direct personnel placement.

Your tasks:

• Operation and installation: Control and armor of conventional and CNC-controlled machine tools as well as state-of-the-art manufacturing systems of various manufacturers.
• Programming: independent creation and optimization of CNC programs for the processing of complex workpieces according to technical drawings and production orders.
• Processing parameters: determination and adaptation of the processing parameters according to the specific properties of different materials.
• Quality testing: Careful control of the manufactured components for deviations and independent implementation of corrective measures.
• Maintenance: Regular maintenance and maintenance of machines, tools and measuring equipment.
• Process monitoring: Continuous monitoring of cutting processes and performance of quality controls.

They bring with them:

• Training: Successfully completed vocational training, e.g. as a machining mechanic, industrial mechanic, tool mechanic, precision mechanics, specialist for metal technology (m/w/d) or comparable qualifications.
• Specialized knowledge of the operation and programming of CNC-controlled machines and the handling of various controls.
• Technical understanding: Secure reading and understanding of technical drawings and the ability to translate them into practice.
• Quality awareness: experience in the use of measuring and testing equipment for quality assurance.
• Soft Skills: reliability, sense of responsibility and a strong team spirit.
• readiness: willingness to work in 2- or 3-shift operation.
