In your position as ERP specialist, you are responsible for ensuring the operation of ERP software including all connected interfaces. You work closely with various departments and ensure a stable, performant system operation. You are reporting directly to the Group Manager Information Management (m/w/d). Ideally, you bring at least five years of professional experience in the ERP environment for this position.

You are responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance and updating of ERP applications and associated system software Develop, test and implement practical solutions and efficient workflows together with the key users of the departments You develop and advise technical documentation, including instructions, knowledge database entries and work instructions You plan and accompany the migration of old systems, such as software lifecycle management, and ensure a smooth transition You develop and implement interfaces between different software applications to ensure smooth data exchange You support the implementation and compliance of information security policies within the tools and applications used

You have a Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification You have deep knowledge and extensive experience in handling ERP software Knowledge of requirements management and the use of test management tools such as JAMA Connect are desirable You bring well-founded knowledge of production and storage processes Basic IT security skills are also advantageous A self-contained, structured, analytical and targeted way of working Embossed team and communication skills, ideally paired with innovative spirit, complete your profile Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile
