Technical leadership and control of the Postlogistics team with the power to conduct day-to-day operations as well as the incorporation, training and professional development of employees Ensuring efficient and high-quality processes in the processing of physical and digital mail inputs, scanning, OCR-based classification and verification, as well as in the post output and archive Control of quantities, capacities and throughput times and derivation of appropriate measures based on relevant indicators and reporting Quality assurance and clarification of special cases as well as the continuous optimization of scan and read results Further development and digitization of our processes and optimization of the used hardware and software Coordination of external service providers and ensuring the technical readiness of the systems and machines relevant to postal logistics

A completed commercial training or a comparable qualification Professional experience in post logistics, document processing, central services or a comparable operating environment Practical experience in digitizing documents as well as very good knowledge in handling professional scanning and OCR solutions Embossed technical understanding in handling hardware and software; Experiences with document management (DMS) or enterprise content management systems (ECM) are advantageous Organisational strength, sense of responsibility and the ability to set priorities and keep an overview even in the case of high work volume Pleasure of professional leadership, open communication and a pronounced hand-on and service-mentality
