You are responsible for the preparation, implementation and coordination of national and European procurement procedures for construction and planning services. In coordination with the responsible project managers, you ensure compliance with the statutory requirements. You can consult and support the specialist departments and agree with the planning offices and tenderers in procurement matters. In addition, create, check and send the award documents and put them into the award platform and in the SAP. You control the entire award process independently via the award platform, including for communication with tenderers. You have as much as possible a multiannual experience in the application of the procurement law. You have as well-founded knowledge as possible in national and pan-European procurement law (VOB/A, UVgO, VgV, GWB, ThürVgG) as well as in the application of the Federal Procurement and Contract Manual for Construction Measures (VHB).
