Packaging & Regulatory Compliance Manager (m/f/d)

You develop, evaluate and implement sustainable packaging concepts and work closely with internal interfaces and external partners The selection, testing and further development of suitable packaging materials taking into account technical, economic and regulatory requirements is your responsibility You ensure compliance with legal requirements and continuously develop processes, standards and guidelines in the packaging sector Technical drawings, specifications and relevant packaging documents are tested, maintained and supplemented by you In close coordination with suppliers, testing institutes and internal departments, you will work on topics such as material conformity, recyclability and design for recycling You analyze markets, trends and competitors to identify innovative packaging solutions and optimization potentials As a central contact person, you address all the questions concerning packaging and packaging materials

Ideally, you have a successfully completed degree in packaging engineering, material sciences, polymer sciences, cosmetic chemistry or a comparable qualification You bring well-founded experiences of at least four years in the relevant environment, ideally in the FMCG, cosmetics or a comparable industry A good technical understanding of packaging materials and their properties distinguishes you Knowledge about packaging in the regulatory environment You have experience in sustainable packaging development and work structured in projects Safe handling of MS Office (especially Excel) and good English skills You are interested in innovation, trends and sustainable developments in the packaging and cosmetics sector Through regular training and seminars, you keep your knowledge up to date Own responsibility, communication strength and a pragmatic way of working complete your profile And most importantly, you are thrilled by our brand and have the courage and motivation to attract everyone with this enthusiasm!
