The EDEKA Rhein-Ruhr is one of the strongest regions in the EDEKA association with some 350 independent merchants and over 900 markets. Together we are in the Rhine-Ruhr area for freshness, quality and strong operating counters. Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Leadership means responsibility – also in the second row. For our EDEKA market in Remscheid, we are looking for a dedicated and responsible representative market management (m/w/d).

Market support: support for market leadership in the organisation, processes and ensuring a smooth day-to-day business Representation: Takeover of market responsibility in the absence of market management Team coordination: Support for leadership, motivation and personnel deployment planning KPI control: participation in analysis and control of economic indicators Goods management: ensuring availability of goods, freshness and sales-promoting presentation

Experience: Multiannual experience in food retailing, ideally with leadership responsibility as well as a further training to the trader or comparable qualification Leadership competency: team-oriented, value-adding handling of employees Commercial Understanding: Good knowledge of business processes and key figures Working methods: independent, structured and solution-oriented work
