We are therefore looking for reinforcement for our staff department in full time (39 hours/week). With our approximately 10,000 employees and volunteers, we help people in need at more than 150 locations in the regions northeast and northwest (Bezirke Berlin, Bremen, Dresden-Görlitz, Hamburg, Hildesheim, Magdeburg, Oldenburg, Osnabrück and Erfurt). For all locations and services, our employees are supported by our regional office.

Support of employees from entry to exit Implementation of the salary bill for a defined employee circle Management and supervision of employees in all matters relating to pay accounting Maintenance of employee data in SAP R/3 and creation of certificates and evaluations Creation of contracts, dismissals, terminations and certificates Advice on labour and social insurance issues General tasks of personnel management according to the AVR guidelines

Successfully completed commercial training Continuing training on the personal businesswoman, the wage and salary accountant*in or similar training is advantageous Relevant experience in staff work and pay billing are required Very good knowledge of pay tax accounting and social security law Experience in collective bargaining and labour law, ideally AVR-Caritas Good knowledge of SAP R/3 or a comparable wage program Very good MS Office knowledge Organizational and communication skills, initiative, social competence, analytical thinking and team skills High motivation and respect in dealing with other people Identification with our values and objectives as a Catholic service company
