About the division The operating division is responsible for the rail traffic to BOStrab as well as the control of bus traffic in Frankfurt am Main. With more than 1,000 employees on subway and tram, it ensures a reliable and smooth public transport. These include, among other things, a powerful operating control point for bus and train, passenger information management and operational and performance planning. In the role as a speaker, you actively shape the future of the business unit operation. You drive forward strategic and operational developments and together with colleagues create the basis for efficient processes, modern digitalization and a well-founded, data-based control. You build a structured requirement management and develop this continuously You analyze data, derive insights and develop meaningful KPIs for effective control You initiate and accompany digitalization and change projects – from idea to implementation You support business management in strategic issues and decision-making processes and work confidently with internal departments and external partners

You have a degree (e.g. economic or natural sciences) or have comparable practical experience You bring several years of experience in process, organization or business development and ideally know the transport or infrastructure sector You think analytically, capture technical relationships quickly and develop pragmatic, sustainable solutions You work safely with BI tools and of course use Microsoft 365 in everyday work You have the pleasure of improving processes and taking people to change
