To support the Stuttgart region, we are looking for an Area Managerin for our locations in Backnang, Bietigheim-Bissingen, Pforzheim and Mühlacker at the earliest possible time - also for cross-entry.

You take over the operating management in your area with the service centers in Backnang, Bietigheim-Bissingen, Pforzheim and Mühlacker taking into account the Carglass® key figures Your focus is on the leadership and further development of your employees in the Service Centers and you are an important part and decision-makers in recruiting and onboarding your teams You are responsible for compliance with all Carglass® standards in the technical and administrative field for your locations You are an interface and contact person for the departments of the main administration You optimize processes and processes in your area To strengthen the closeness to our core tasks and understanding for your employees, you support 1x per week in the daily operating business (e.g. Glass Medic, Service etc.)

You have a completed artisanal or commercial training and have at least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position with leadership and practical operational knowledge Good teamwork and trusting cooperation at eye level are important to you.
