You carry out the fine-tuning on site, document structural features and ensure that all project details in our CRM and ERP system are fully and understandably deposited. Depending on the shop construction project, you will synchronize the construction schedules with the works within the Aichinger order with all internal and external project participants. As an interface between construction site, customers, order management and trades, you will ensure clear agreements, fast solutions and transparent communication when changing. You accompany the installation on site, monitor the progress of construction and ensure that our quality standards are complied with every step. You accept customer requests, clarify the technical feasibility, accept the claim management and ensure that the project remains economically in the green sector. You carry out the internal acceptance with external assembly teams, prepare the final acceptance, carry out these with the customers, introduce them into the technical conditions on site and ensure the implementation of the remaining work.

You have completed a training as a wood technician / carpenter (m/w/d) or comparable successfully and can look back on several years of well-founded professional experience – ideally in retail or similar industries. AutoCAD is a familiar tool for you to read and understand planning accurately. Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 as well as experience in handling ERP or ERP You can also bring CRM systems.
