As a coach & change consultant, you advise our clients on the development of their organizations and employees and translate change processes into effective training and development measures. You analyze development needs and design tailor-made training, workshop and learning formats for management, sales and after sales, which you then implement independently. You work with executives, teams and employees from the automotive, land and construction machinery trade. Thematically, your focus is on transferring relevant soft skills (including leadership, communication, appearance and personality) as well as relevant skills from management, sales and after sales. You accompany the practice transfer and make sure that training content and changes work sustainably in the working day of our clients. You continuously develop our consultant and training approaches.

Completed studies (e.g. BWL, economic psychology, etc.) or comparable qualifications. C.a. 3-5 years of professional experience in training, consulting, personnel development or a comparable role – with experience from the agricultural/construction machinery or automotive industry. Relevant qualifications or certifications in the field of training are desirable. Embossed presentation skills for authentic placement of training content. High level of initiative and sense of responsibility. Embossed communication and presentation skills in German and English (both at least. C1, among others for the authentic mediation of training contents). You are open to a trip activity of about 3 days a week. .
