You are the first friendly face and the voice of the company. As a central contact person, you receive customers and take care of issues related to accounts, credit cards and lockers.

You provide information on terms, balances and use of bank cards.

Whether personally, on the phone or by e-mail: You efficiently forward the concerns of the customers to the appropriate specialist consultants.

You are responsible for maintaining and updating customer data in the internal systems.

In addition, you take on special administrative tasks and work with various projects.

You have a completed commercial training, preferably as a bank merchant.

Experience in customer service is advantageous.

You have a passion for service-oriented care of demanding clients.

Excellent German and good English skills are crucial for this position.
