Development and implementation of innovative, cross-media HR marketing measures and campaigns to increase employers' attractiveness Organization of Recruiting Fairs Strategic selection and playback of relevant recruiting and communication channels (print, online, social media, radio etc.) for optimal addressing of defined target groups Creative design, development and implementation of a sustainable human resources marketing strategy taking into account current trends and market requirements.
