To support our team at Rendsburg, we are looking for a management (w/m/d) planning, construction and maintenance at the next possible time.

General responsibility for the management and achievement of the business areas Planning, construction and maintenance in the office. Coordination of construction and conservation projects including Execution releases, awards and construction monitoring. Approval and control of contracts with construction companies, engineering offices and other partners. Responsibility for the budget planning of the business units and monitoring the economic achievement of the objectives. Management of departmental management, promotion of personnel development and coordination of cross-departmental processes.

successfully completed studies (Diplom/Master) in the field of civil engineering or in a comparable field or a comparable qualification in the field of project management or corresponding knowledge and skills acquired in practice that enable the above-mentioned activities many years of leadership experience and understand leadership primarily as support and development of your team Competence in strategic multi-project management and proven success in implementing complex projects Knowledge of road construction and legal management Experience in responsible budget planning That would be desirable: Certification or further training in project management This distinguishes you as a manager: Participation, transparency and joint responsibility are key elements of your work.
