Tasks:

You develop and control creative marketing campaigns that strengthen our brand and our partner practices (digital and offline) You are Sparringspartner*in for our practices in all marketing questions and develop individual communication solutions with them You coordinate external service providers such as SEA, SEO and graphics and ensure creative excellence and smooth implementation You organize and attend our internal training program from planning to communication to evaluation (webinars, courses, feedback) You plan and organize regular internal conferences including topic finding, presentation creation and follow-up Start professional presentations and concepts for internal stakeholders and analyze KPIs to transfer insights into sustainable measures

Profile:

A completed degree in marketing, communication or media management At least 2-3 years of professional experience in marketing – ideally with event management experience (webinars, conferences, corporate events) You love working with words and finding the right sound for each audience, whether for social media, website or print Eye for details, spelling and aesthetics – you deliver fault-free, high-quality outputs You are powerful, independent, organized and hands-on, with a self-confident and empathic way in dealing with colleagues and stakeholders You have a sense of project management as well as multitasking and keep track of many parallel projects You have an interest in innovative tools & AI and realize their potential to make marketing processes more efficient and effective
