The team management credit management ensures that our processes work smoothly and that our customers and market areas can rely on a reliable market success. Leadership and development of the team in standardised credit management Contact person for technical questions of credit management and support as well as coaching of employees in technical questions Building a dedicated, motivated and performance-oriented team of employees Ensuring quality and timely processing of credit operations Control and coordination of daily workflows in the team Working with projects to further develop the credit business Participation in the continuous improvement of processes and work processes

That's what you bring Successfully completed banking training Funded knowledge of credit business and extensive experience in credit management Security of decision and high responsibility Good feeling for people and ability to develop employees Communication strength and convincing appearance Teamability and ability to address problems openly Embossed organisational skills
