In addition to our core brands Schwäbische Post and Gmünder Tagespost, our media house publishes titles like Economy Regional and the event portal XAVER. Agency and IT services are also an integral part of our portfolio.

The body must be occupied in parttime (20 hours per week).

Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

You are the first contact for our regional B2B customers and develop individual, creative solutions that include both classic and digital formats (videos, podcasts, social media) as well as events and anniversaries. You understand the specific communication needs of our customers and develop the solution that best fits their goals from our extensive portfolio. You continuously deepen your knowledge in the field of Content Print & Digital and develop yourself as an expert for colleagues and customers. You take full responsibility for the sales process, from the identification of needs to the conclusion of the contract and the long-term customer loyalty. You control the implementation of projects independently.

You have completed training or studies in marketing, media or communication. You bring well-founded experience in the marketing of media products, especially in the B2B sector. You have a strong sense of customer needs and the ability to develop customized solutions. You can safely use AI applications and use them to research, prepare and optimize your marketing activities and projects. You are familiar with classic media products as well as with digital formats, and you can easily incorporate them into sales strategies. You bring excellent communicative skills and can present complex solutions in a comprehensible and convincing way. You like to work in the team, but you are also able to manage and implement projects independently.
