Technical Sales Representative Ion Exchanger & Water Treatment (m/f/d)

For our EnviroFALK branch in Westerburg we are looking for a sales representative (m/w/d). Do you have the pleasure of technology, understand industrial processes and advise rather at eye level, instead of “sweaking up” products? Then EnviroFALK is your ideal employer. We are one of the leading providers in plant engineering, water treatment and process water technology – with our own developments in ion exchange systems, reverse osmosis systems and clean water solutions. As a technical sales agent/technical customer advisor/offering service (m/w/d) you take over the distribution of technical products in need of a declaration and develop tailor-made solutions for water treatment and resource protection together with industrial customers. You advise, calculate and accompany projects from the first idea to the implementation – in close cooperation with technology, service and project management.

Technical advice and B2B distribution of ion exchangers, water treatment systems and plant solutions (depth previous knowledge no basic requirement) Support and development of existing customers in the RLP/NRW area Development of individual solutions together with internal specialist departments (e.g. construction, service, project management) Creation of offers, calculations and implementation of contract negotiations Participation in trade fairs, customer visits and on-site appointments Development of individual solutions for industrial customers from different industries Cooperation with internal specialist departments for optimal customer support.

Complete technical or commercial training – ideally with technical reference (e.g. chemistry, process engineering, mechatronics, environmental technology) Experience in technical sales, B2B business or project sales of products that are in need of explanation Customer orientation, communication strength and negotiation skills. Embossed technical understanding and joy in customer contact Structured, independent mode of operation with high self-motivation Safe handling of MS Office and ERP systems Readiness to travel within the RLP/NRW region
