Manager, Asset Performance & Service Development (m/f/d)

That is precisely what this role is about. At the WCG we continue to expand our plant operation and want to not only manage, but understand, optimize and keep thinking. As Manager of Plant Performance & Service Development (m/w/d), you play a central role in managing and developing our plant park data-based. You combine technical understanding, service know-how and analytical thinking and make concrete decisions from data. This is not about reporting for the sake of reporting. I want you to know what's behind the numbers and develop better maintenance, better efficiency and new services. Your mission You create transparency through our technical plant park and develop the basis for efficient, economic and sustainable plant operation. For this, you work closely with our plant operation, service and product management and connect the perspectives of customer, technology, economy and data.

You make our plant park measurable. You develop a uniform structure for our technical asset data and ensure that relevant information is available and usable. You develop KPIs for plant performance and see how availability, costs and quality develop. You analyse plant conditions, disturbances and risks and take concrete measures. You evaluate plant availability and life cycle costs and create a sound basis for technical and economic decisions. You develop modern maintenance strategies together with the team. You think service is new. Our plants not only provide heat, You also supply data. You identify potentials for new services, products and digital solutions and develop them together with the relevant teams. You analyze customer and service requirements and translate them into concrete solutions. You develop new data-based services around our facilities and services. You will participate in our product and service roadmap. You accompany ideas from initial analysis to implementation. You connect technology, data and business. You are the interface between people who know our systems and services, those who work with data, and management. You understandably prepare complex technical and economic relationships. You develop analyses and policy bases for management and disciplines. You co-ordinate interdisciplinary topics and bring together different perspectives. You identify optimization and automation potentials and promote their implementation.

We're not looking for a perfect resume. It is more important to us that you understand technology, can solve problems and want to build things. For example, you could come from the technical service, maintenance, technical service, service controlling or plant operation. What you ideally bring: Multiannual professional experience in technical service, plant operation, maintenance or a comparable function Experience with technical installations and their operation, maintenance or maintenance A good understanding of how service processes and contractual services work Joy of numbers, data and economic relationships Experience with evaluations and KPI systems Good Excel knowledge; Power BI or SQL are a plus Technical studies, technician/master qualification or a comparable combination of training and professional experience Ideal experience in heating, heat supply or building technology but no need And above all: You think analytically without losing you in Excel. You can work out the key findings from many information. You explain complex topics so that even non-technicians understand them. You work autonomously and you pack up themes instead of waiting for perfect processes. You're enjoying building structures, trying things out and changing things visibly.
