Inspectors for cable final inspection (m/f/d)

Our extensive production program includes the production of cables for energy, telecommunications and transport networks. We are now looking for two reliable, motivated and ready to learn at Roth headquarters Tester (m/w/d)

Preparation of the cables for the testing process (coating, setting, stripping, stripping etc.) performing all test tasks in the course of pre- and final testing (manually and with measuring machines) Optical control of the cables and implementation of the installation control according to fixed specifications Bookings in ERP system and in Excel Occasionally preparing cable patterns for geometry measurement that you carry out independently and carefully Reprocessing of the cables after testing (blocking and fastening of the cable ends, packing, labelling of the cable drums etc.) Safe transport and professional positioning of cable drums with forklift

You have craftsmanship as well as good fingering and do not hesitate from physical work You have ideally experience in production or in a craftsmanship. You convince with quality awareness, reliability and team spirit A careful, structured and conscientious way of working distinguishes you You are familiar with basic activities on the PC; first knowledge in MS Office, especially in Word and Excel, are advantageous. You bring learning readiness and are ready to work into our ERP system and new technical processes Even with higher workloads, you stay calm and keep an overview Ideally, you have a stapler certificate or are willing to purchase it at short notice.

Prior knowledge of cable technology is not required. We will show you everything you need for your work and make you familiar with our products, testing methods, measuring machines, quality standards and the ERP system as part of an intensive process. You work in the sliding time model. The start of work is between 6:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., the end of work between 14:00 p.m. and 16:30 p.m. .
