Professional and disciplinary leadership of the entire object team including personnel deployment planning Ensuring the contractually agreed services in the technical building management for the assigned object Competent advice and support of the customer as a central contact person in all technical questions Control of object operation and commercial monitoring and internal performance calculation Technical object responsibility for the complex building-technical installations of the site

Successfully completed technical training as an electronics engineer, energy plant electronics engineer, electrical installer, plant mechanic HKLS, heating engineer or gas and water installer with a further development to the technician / master or FM specialist Alternatively, a completed study in the field of supply technology, electrical engineering or in the technical building management Multiannual professional experience in facility management (FM) or technical building equipment (TGA) as well as ideally leadership experience as an independent object manager Embossed quality and cost awareness combined with high service and customer orientation German language skills at level C1 for professional customer communication
