In this position you take over the planning, project planning and monitoring of the technical installations with a focus on building construction. You further evaluate and develop the construction facilities and the technical building equipment and carry co-responsibility for the building state and the strategic maintenance planning. Control and prioritize the necessary measures. You support professionally the home-managed services of our branches in Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland, as well as the team of the Technical Operations Unit of the Administration department for construction measures and the design of measures in the field of operator responsibility. In addition, you will develop instructions and concepts, clarify individual questions as part of operator responsibility and advise on projects of our central construction management. As a fire protection officer, you implement the requirements of the building fire protection and meet the requirements of environmental and energy management.

Complete Bachelor or equivalent degree in Facility, Construction or Building Management Good knowledge of legal requirements in building fire protection, ideally with qualifications as a fire protection officer or willingness to acquire them Funded knowledge of energy conversion, transmission and control as well as in building automation and their control Confidentiality with relevant standards, regulations and technical rules such as national regulations, VDE, AMEV, GEFMA, DIN 276, 277 and 18205 Knowledge of occupational safety (ArbSchG, DGUV) and environmental and energy management and their practical implementation Experience in business processes, procurement and contract regulations (VOB, HOAI) and accounting knowledge Experience in the creation and implementation of operator concepts and the perception of operator responsibility Possible good CAD software knowledge as well as experience in handling CAFM systems and other digital tools for building management Ability to create performance directories and planning maintenance measures Planning and organisational capacity, problem-solving strength, analytical thinking capacity and communication strength and negotiation skills Ability to solve solution-oriented cooperation with various areas Driving licence Class B, readiness to travel and high readiness and flexibility Very good oral and written expressiveness in German
