Head of Medical Controlling (m/w/d)

Klinikverbund Südwest – One of the largest and most efficient municipal hospital alliances in Baden-Württemberg. With more than 1,500 plan beds, our 6,000 employees provide approximately 68,000 stationary and approximately 260,000 outpatient patients at six locations per year. For the further development and reorientation of our medical controller, we are looking for an area management of medical control with design wills, excellent expertise and safe sense for the balance between medicine, economics, humans and organization.

Strategic responsibility Proactive consulting of the management and clinics in the further development of the medical service offering, the outpatient-stationary gearing as well as in the development of strategic objectives and future projects Designing the Transformation Process Analysis and control of the medical range of services including market and competition analyses and current legal frameworks Deduction of areas of action from health reforms and economic developments Further development of medical and organizational processes to strengthen revenue management and ensure sustainable economic efficiency Continuous further development of the entire area and regular adaptation to the framework conditions Preparation and active participation in pay negotiations with cost-holders and internal budget discussions Operational control Control of complete medical control including DRG coding, MD management, external quality assurance Optimization of the overall process from redundancy to billing Ensuring optimal coding and documentation quality Regular information and training of clinical staff and staff directly in the overall area Regular analysis of primary and secondary faults and derivation of measures and control of the implementation of this Proactive advice, support for clinical areas Close cooperation with accounting, controlling, financial accounting and IT Further development of reporting to a modern, transparent, target-group-oriented and control-relevant reporting system Leadership and cooperation Life of a Leadership, which actively shapes the transformation and thus makes it self-understanding, enthuses employees and managers for common goals Leadership, independent development and motivation of the entire medical controlling team Proactive exchange and disclosure of all relevant information to the Management and Clinical Management Enge, partnership cooperation and proactive communication with chief physician:inside and care management Moderation of interdisciplinary coordination and implementation of complex change processes
