The tasks are in the interface area of the manufacturing process, plant and control technology and product quality and offer space for personal development and setting of priorities. Leading a team of two process engineers with responsibility for our thin strip production area Developing, monitoring and optimising manufacturing processes with the focus on rolling technology in the production of aluminium rolling products Development of improvements in machinery and implementation with specialist departments (electrical, mechanical) Participation in technical plant optimizations and product developments ensuring the qualification of new specifications, including claim management; Check and optimise customer specifications to ensure compliance with customer requirements Analysis of product and process deviations to continuously improve process capability, process reliability, product quality and efficiency. Support in quality assurance (quality checks, reporting of quality and process deviations in the plant). Verification and optimization of processes and internal documentation to ensure process stability Support for the annual project selection process Planning and monitoring of experiments Customer visits Takeover of special tasks / projects

A completed degree (Diplom, Master, Bachelor) or a further education for the technician (m/w/d) in the above-mentioned subjects or a comparable training Professional experience in the industrial environment – at best in the direction of a small team – as well as further knowledge of the material aluminium and metal processing of advantage but not condition Very good knowledge of German and English The ability to target-oriented analytical thinking and to work on new topics independently Safe handling of modern standard software Teamability, independent and independent work and enforcement
