Tasks Your job as a quality manager:r in nursing (w/m/d) Only through internal and external quality assurance in care we ensure that we comply with the highest standards. As a quality manager:r (w/m/d), you are particularly responsible for internal processes. A few examples of internal quality assurance in care and therefore from your tasks: Monitoring of in- and external audits Implementation of quality-proofing measures as part of our quality management Close exchange with the installation management and total quality management Participation in ensuring high quality of care while complying with legal requirements Designing the care and care process Implementation of current nursing and scientific findings into daily work
