Your tasks

Pedagogical care:Our employees need an individually coordinated assistance – that is why you not only take on professional and educational support, but also specifically promote the further development of their skills.

In humans:In everyday work, you will accompany and promote people with mental disabilities – with your commitment, you will help to identify individual strengths and support the personal development of each individual.

Relationships:They support life-structural activities and support the professional development of employees – always oriented towards their individual goals and their respective participation planning.

*Responsibility: *Your organizational design is in demand, because participation design, documentation and the creation of development reports are also your tasks.

Your profile

Qualifications:You have completed vocational training as an educatorin, curative nursein or ergotherapeut*in.

**They reflect your own actions and you need a pedagogical development. You like to work independently and your opinion is important to us to develop our facility.

Required:You have a class B licence.
