In your training as a merchant for office management, you will learn about various departments of our company (e.g. purchasing, marketing, sales, secretariat, etc.) In detail, your tasks are as follows: You get an insight into the accounting, dunning and ordering. For example, you will learn how to create invoices and process incoming invoices. You support our secretariat in the telephone service and in the processing of emails in German and English. You will learn what you need to consider in travel cost accounting and book flights, rental cars, hotels and train trips for business trips. You help your team manage and buy office supplies. You plan and organize business trips. The preparation and hosting of the conference rooms are also part of your tasks. In human resources, you support the team in applicant management.

You successfully complete your school career in the near future or have already completed it. You have good grades. You could ideally gain first practical experience in the commercial sector. You bring interest in commercial topics. You have a friendly appearance, a reliable, neat way of working and draw your attention through willingness to use. You complete your profile with good German and basic knowledge in English.
