Patient Logistics Coordinator (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the operational control of patient logistics in daily business Professional leadership, guidance and further development of employees in the transport service Independent disposition and prioritization of patient transport taking into account medical urgency Responsibility for personnel deployment planning and control for short-term failures Ensuring efficient procedures in close coordination with care, medical service and functional areas Monitoring, ensuring and continuous improvement of quality and service standards Active co-design and optimization of processes as well as introduction of own suggestions for improvement Support of management in organisational and strategic issues Responsibility for compliance with legal requirements, hygiene and safety guidelines Participation in the incorporation and professional development of new employees

Successfully completed studies, master's degree (e.g. in the fields of logistics, transport or services) or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the coordination of processes and in the management of employees, ideally in operative shift operation Ideal experience in hospital or healthcare Impressed organisational and decision-making capacity as well as the ability to set sovereign priorities even under time pressure Analytical understanding and affinity for key figures and evaluation tools High self-motivation, loadability and a structured and solution-oriented operation Communication strength, enforcement capacity and safe occurrence vis-à-vis different professional groups Team orientation, conflictability and a high level of responsibility Safe handling of Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience with logistics or MRP software of advantage Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
