As part of our Transactions & Corporate Finance team at Hamburg, Frankfurt/Main, Stuttgart, Munich, Berlin and Düsseldorf, you will find challenging challenges at the heart of the transaction world. Are you interested in the biggest deals in the economy? Then you're right with us! In this role, you take various tasks: In the team, you will develop extensive financial due diligences / company reviews and analyze opportunities and risks of exciting transactions. You advise national and international companies on their transactions, private equity investors and their portfolio companies in a variety of industries related to Leveraged Buyout. You immerse yourself in different industries and get to know a variety of project types - so you develop into a versatile professional and combine professional excellence and profound industry knowledge. You advise companies in financial difficulties and support them in developing restructuring strategies to improve their financial stability and find sustainable solutions. You develop your technical skills and start specializing in areas where you have already achieved first success.

You have successfully completed your studies with a focus on business management, finance, economics, engineering or other quantitative fields and are burning for developments and trends in corporate finance and accounting. You have already gained first experience in the field of corporate finance through accompanying activities or internships. You have very good communication and negotiation skills in German (at least C1 level) and English.
