Your profile:

• You have knowledge of the accounting and valuation of investment assets including Defining usage periods according to HGB in compliance with company-specific order structures
• You have knowledge of the delimitation of investment assets / maintenance costs
• Knowledge in SAP S/4HANA or R/3, Microsoft Excel, HGB as well as Afa tables or the desire to work in

Your tasks:

• Daily control of configuring all orders made in SAP S/4HANA
• Rebooking of incorrectly closed orders
• Installation and management of plant master batches
• Defining durations of use
• Determination of residual values and sales gains/losses
• Maintenance of plant accounts
• Coordination of asset and property accounts in balance sheet and GuV
• Implementation of sample inventory
• Creating proofs for access and exits
• Creating depreciation lists
• Activation of operating and business equipment from projects
