For our OGS at the Christoph-Rensing-Schule we are looking for an educator*in / Social pedagogue*in as a team lead in parttime with 30 hours a week. Our OGS with pupils from the Horrem district looks after approx. 190 children in a partially open concept. The school is a school of common learning, so in the OGS we focus on inclusion and integration.

Tasks:

• Conception, design and implementation of a varied range of services
• Planning and orientation of events and projects of full-time education and holiday care
• proportional Team management with personnel responsibility: personnel planning, team meetings and pedagogical specialist days
• if necessary also Guidance of OGS groups (e.g. in case of failure / disease of group lines)
• Preparing parental and teacher talks

• Participation in working groups and network meetings as a representative

Profile:

• Training as an educator or studies as a social education teacher in BA (or comparable degree)
• Experience in the care of primary school children
