Teamleiter Product Management (m/f/d)

You're expecting The professional and disciplinary leadership as well as the further development of our Product Management & Administration team. As part of our own brand strategy, you are responsible for the product contents of our textile and equipment own brands as well as the entire product life cycle and are critically involved in the strategic development. You ensure a data-based collection creation and, together with the design team, ensure the timely delivery of seasonal collections, product updates and NOS programs. You keep a close eye on market trends, consumer behaviour and competitive activities, and you can derive specific product opportunities, optimizations and innovations. You work closely with the Planning and Sourcing & Quality teams to implement pricing and discount strategies as well as to ensure quality, cost targets and delivery times at our suppliers. You are driving forward continuous improvements and further developments, especially in terms of customer proximity, efficiency and a shorter time-to-market.

A completed study in the field of fashion, clothing technology, textile or retail management or comparable training. Multiannual experience in the clothing industry, ideally focusing on outdoor, functional or sportswear as well as experience in the professional and disciplined leadership of a team. You have a high number affinity, strong analytical and conceptual skills and very good Excel skills. You work structured and convince by a strong organizational and communication skills. You bring an entrepreneurial, pragmatic way of thinking with you and don't hesitate to take action on yourself. You understand the challenges of the outdoor industry and bring a passion for products and trends. Your knowledge of German and English is at a safe level.
