Your tasks: You maintain commitment in the care status of rehabilitation. You support our offices and private customer centers as a central contact person for refurbishment issues. You examine refurbishment concepts, bind external experts if necessary and create internal refurbishment and financing concepts with respect to the interests of the Sparkasse. You create individual credit and collateral contracts and design conditions in compliance with economic efficiency or the refurbishment opportunity You prepare pool negotiations and conduct them. You will develop decision-making proposals for the formation of individual value adjustments. You will ensure ongoing reporting for the refurbishment commitments. Your profile: You have a master's degree or a comparable qualification and have ideally acquired a certificate in the field of “sanitation”. You have well-founded knowledge and practical experience in the care of refurbishment commitments as well as in the analysis of the economic conditions of corporate customers. You create independent credit policy templates, take over credit management and have experience in the rating of corporate customers and real estate. You have deep knowledge of pricing and conditions (RAP, customer calculation, marzipan) and use these results-oriented. You work project-related, show entrepreneurial thinking, a high self-initiative, negotiation skills and document complex issues clearly and precisely.
