For many years, we have been offering optimal and efficient services in logistics for customers from the publishing and book-andels industry of Arvato Media GmbH. For active support at our site in Gütersloh, we are looking for you as a specialist (m/w/x) for export. In this position, you will arrange a team for trouble-free shipping of our shipments worldwide.

You process the orders in compliance with customs regulations and internal requirements and draw up the necessary export and customs documents As a competent contact person (m/w/x) you can help customers, forwarders and internal departments with questions about customs and export issues You take care of the procurement and maintenance of export evidence You take the export declarations via ATLAS

(m/w/x), wholesaler and foreign trader (m/w/x), exporter (m/w/x) or comparable commercial training You bring first professional experience in export and secure user knowledge in customs law Ideally, you have already worked with ATLAS software Your mode of operation is characterized by accuracy, reliability and independence Good knowledge of English complete your profile
