You support the Corporate Office with up to 20 hours a week at our headquarters in Frankfurt am Main and report directly to the Chief of Staff. In close cooperation with the Corporate Office Manager, you take on operational and organizational tasks in daily business. You perform administrative and organizational tasks in the corporate office's operating daily business, in particular in appointment management, in the travel organisation and in ordering processes. You support the maintenance of internal systems and the creation and updating of overviews and documentation. You prepare meetings, workshops and internal events and provide a structured process. You serve the reception area and welcome external guests professionally and service-oriented. You support the location organization, coordinate service providers and cooperate in facility topics. You actively help Office management work efficiently, structured and reliable.

You are immatriculated at a university, preferably in the field of economics, management, BWL or a comparable degree program. You work in a structured, reliable and careful manner and keep track of multiple parallel tasks. You are characterized by a proactive and independent way of working and are organisationally predictive. You have a good understanding of operational processes and organizational relationships. You represent our company through a self-confident, service-oriented appearance and a well-kept appearance. Discretion, trustworthiness and personal integrity are of course for you. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing (C2 level absolutely necessary) as well as reliable English skills that you can use in a professional context. You can provide a perfect police certificate and a positive Schufa statement.
