Collection: Analysis of the current intranet and identification of vulnerabilities and outdated content

Requirements management: Active collection and pooling of the needs of all areas of expertise for redesigning the platform

Project management: Coordination of the entire relaunch as an operating:r Project Manager:includes the seizure of all milestones and schedules

Structure: Conception of a new, user-friendly information architecture and navigation structure

Migration: Control and support of moving relevant content from the old to the new system

Interface function: formation of the practical link between the IT department for technical provision and the subject areas for content

Change Management: Monitoring the rollout by targeted communication and training of editors:in the new system
