Become part of our team in Frankfurt am Main and support us as Senior Procurement Manager (m/d) We offer multifaceted tasks As a syndicate attorney (w/m/d) you will consult the awarding authority and our internal contracting entities in demanding legal issues. You develop legally secure solutions, check award documents and ensure that complex procurement procedures are documented and implemented legally secure. You play a key role in EU procurement procedures and, together with senior management managers and syndicate law lawyers (w/m/d), are responsible for the legal and technical quality of our European procurement procedures. You are responsible for our legal standards. This includes, in particular, the release of the award documents prior to publication, the legal accompaniment of the offer evaluation and the release of the award decision before award. You take over the project management of particularly complex Europe-wide tenders or coordinate subprojects with high strategic importance. You combine legal excellence with an economic and solution-oriented management of the procurement procedures. You actively shape the future of the awarding agency. You continuously develop our standards, model documents and processes, drive digitization and AI initiatives and introduce new impulses for modern public procurement. You represent the KfW inward and outward. You moderate working groups, design and carry out training and maintain professional exchange with institutions such as the VÖB, the BME and other contractors. This will bring you Successfully completed study of law with 2nd state exams. Multiannual relevant professional experience in German and European procurement law as well as the independent implementation of complex European procurement procedures. Ideal experience as a lawyer or syndicate attorney Funded knowledge of the practical application of procurement law and experience with electronic procurement platforms (e.g. German eVergabe, Healy Hudson, DTVP or Cosinex). You think analytically and strategically, capture complex facts quickly and develop pragmatic and legally safe solutions with high quality standards. You have pronounced project management competencies, work structured and convince by a sovereign appearance, decision-making strength and high consulting competence.
