It is easy to communicate internally with other departments such as housekeeping, R&B and technology to ensure smooth hotel operation External communication is safe to answer all phone calls, emails, general requests and booking requests You take care of A-Z's invoices and debitors (create, check, manage) You keep an overview of the reservations and take steps to always get the optimal for our occupancy out It's easy to process and calculate payments You are eloquent, safe and effective when you process complaints You coordinate all preparations for VIP guests. Guest feedback awakens curiosity in you - you advertise this and increase the service quality. You're puggling with passion the online portals. You work daily with our ChannelManager, Revenue System and our digital registration document system You sell and organize our conference rooms with technical understanding and consulting skills For your team you set up the schedules You motivate and support your team in issues and questions You regularly conduct employee talks Hotel standards and guidelines are common to you and you know about it. You represent the head of reception during holiday periods, illness etc.

You have a completed training in gastronomy or hotel industry You have several years of experience in hotel industry and experience in leading position You have a well-kept and friendly appearance You work independently, responsibly and know to prioritize You stay calm yourself: Unforeseen manags you charming and professional Wrongness and discretion are your further names You are strong for creative and young thinking Communication is everything: from landline to social media you communicate fluently in German and English. Use the MS Office package safely and skillfully. You are familiar with ChannelManager (e.g.: Siteminder) and Revenue Systems (e.g. Roompricegenie).
