You take on professional and disciplinary responsibility for your team. With technical expertise, you coordinate the timely execution of the assembly orders and ensure that our products always achieve top quality. In the Shopfloor Management (SFM), you can actively and independently introduce ideas. You can also control the production processes on the shop floor and improve processes and communication between departments. You optimize workflows, minimize raw material losses, improve the organisation in the workplace and actively promote the participation of your employees. For a smooth run, take over the 1st level support of test systems and perform independent fault analyses of products. You will ensure the productivity of your team by keeping track of utilisation and capacity.

You have completed technical training and further training for the industrial master or technician. Motivates the implementation of new concepts in the assembly department and continuously develop them.
