You carry out the Team Retail Workplace Solutions professionally and disciplinefully, develop employees and establish a powerful, customer-oriented service culture You position your team as a trusted partner for business and management, build sustainable stakeholder relationships and represent the interests of your service portfolio at all relevant management levels You are responsible for the Retail Workplace Service Portfolio for our branches and logistics centers and secure, stable and economical operation of business-critical services You control demand management, prioritization and service roadmaps in close cooperation with our departments and Solution Lines You are responsible for the further development of our Retail Workplace platforms and services around cash systems, mobile devices, tablets and print infrastructure You ensure that architectural, security, compliance and governance requirements are complied with in the service portfolio You are responsible for budget, cost management and continuous improvement of service quality, automation and business value

Complete study of (economic) informatics, business management with IT focus or comparable qualification Multiannual leadership experience in managing and developing IT teams as well as in the responsibility for business-critical workplace, retail or end-user services in complex enterprise or retail environments Detectional successes in building and managing sustainable stakeholder relationships as well as in cooperation with departments and management. Detectable experience in Service Management, Demand Management, Service Portfolio Management or Product Ownership Experience in managing service portfolios, budgets, external service providers and management stakeholders Understanding retail processes and connecting technology, user requirements and economic added value Representative communication, moderation and change competence Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
