System administrator (m/f/d)

After detailed introduction, you take over the following tasks: Administration and continuous optimization of the ERP system (PSIPENTA) including user and authorization management as well as release/patch planning and functional testing Creation of evaluations (analysis, reports, dashboards) and further development of ERP integration as well as active cooperation in master data maintenance Participation in IT security and backup/recovery concepts in the ERP environment, including right review, logging and recovery tests Control of external partners (e.g. ERP consulting, system house, interface providers), ensuring delivery quality, documentation and time accuracy Creation and maintenance of process and application documentation (e.g. operating manuals and interface descriptions) Contact for specialist departments including user support, training and support for employees and key users to ensure a high user acceptance Recording and conceptual preparation of new requirements and requests for amendments and initiation of further developments

You are characterized by hand-on mentality, careful documentation and a pragmatic approach to improvement and bring the interest as well as the basic business knowledge to work in production processes. In project phases, you analyze and communicate clearly, moderate requirements between IT and specialist areas and keep an overview of parallel projects. In detail: Successfully completed training as a specialist informatics or IT-Kaufmann, alternatively a comparable qualification At least two years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the IT administration of a medium-sized production company or a system house Funded knowledge of ERP systems and process optimization Secure handling of SQL databases and good business understanding Knowledge of the script language Groovy of advantage Communicative, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Analytical thinking as well as target and result-oriented working style Service-oriented handling of internal contacts Willingness to continue professionally and personally German knowledge of C1 level and work permit for the EU
