Quality Management Officer (m/f/d)

As part of our team, you quickly take responsibility and actively contribute to the development of innovative approaches. As an all-rounder, exciting and versatile tasks await you: Quality Management System: You continue to expand our existing QMS, care and continuously develop it. Compliance with quality standards: You ensure that all quality standards and legal and normative requirements are complied with. Internal audits: You plan and conduct internal audits independently and prepare them. Process optimization: You analyze existing processes and identify potential improvements. Documentation: You'll first and care for QM documents such as manuals, process instructions and process descriptions. Training: You train employees and sensitize them for quality topics. Support: You support the departments and management in all matters relating to quality management. Contact person: You are the central contact person for all topics related to quality management in the company.

First experience in quality management or in process-related areas as well as knowledge in relevant standards and guidelines are desirable. Ideally, you have a successful degree (Bachelor/ Master/ Dipl.) and/or experience in engineering. You have very good German knowledge in word and writing (at least on C1 level). Responsibility, communication skills, good understanding and independent and structured working methods. But above all, desire for interdisciplinary work, curiosity on changing tasks and a high degree of motivation.
