Rail Vehicle Maintenance Technician for Freight Wagons

About us Neo Lox GmbH is a growing railway company focusing on freight transport as well as construction site and project logistics. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a rail vehicle mechanic (m/w/d) for the mobile car service. You carry out maintenance and repair work on freight cars directly on site, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

Your tasks Mobile maintenance and repair of freight cars Visual, functional and safety tests Repair and replacement of components to chassis, brake system and car body Execution of brake tests Assessment of damage and determination of repair measures Voting with customers, MRP and car holders Compliance with all safety and work regulations

Your profile Complete technical training, e.g. as a rail vehicle mechanic, industrial mechanic, mechatronic or comparable Experience with freight cars and brake systems Independent, reliable and safety-conscious operation Good physical resilience and readiness to work outdoors readiness to travel Driving licence class B mandatory, BE or C1 of advantage Additional qualifications of advantage: car tester level 2–4, brake lock according to VDV 885 or first aid.
