Head of Accounting for a family-run service company (m/f/d)

Our client is a successful, medium-sized family business that has been offering tailor-made services at numerous German locations for more than 20 years. As one of the market leaders of its industry, the company is still on a growth course. In the course of a post-occupation, we are looking for a management personality for the management of accounting in the exclusive mandate. If you have extensive experience in accounting, strong leadership skills and a passion for digitization projects, you are right in this position.

• Professional and disciplinary leadership and proactive further development of the 10-member team in accounting • Monitoring and optimization of accounting processes including receivable management and dunning • Introduction of new systems for further automation of financial processes including the function as a key user for Sage • Planning and reporting of liquidity and building and maintaining a meaningful KPI system • Timely creation of tax declarations, BWA's and annual accounts • Close cooperation with direct reporting line to management

• Completed business studies or a commercial training with a corresponding further training on the account book holder or comparable qualification • Multiannual professional experience in accounting and comparable leadership • Funded knowledge in accounting and controlling, ideally with experience with accounting software Sage • Communication strength and team capacity, coupled with enforcement and sense of responsibility
