Schedule coordination and management – independent organization, planning and follow-up of visits and consulting appointments Marketing of residential properties – creation and maintenance of professional Exposés and targeted insertion on relevant real estate sites Examination and evaluation of application documents – structured visibility, analysis and pre-qualification of incoming rental interest requests based on defined criteria Creation of decision templates – preparation of well-founded landlord recommendations based on bonity and suitability-relevant documents to support the rental process General administrative and office organisation – Support of daily business through competent office communications, document management and administrative expertise

Part-time with up to 20 hours (m/w/d) // as an alternative a completed commercial training with a comparable practical experience Good knowledge of MS-Office Self-employed and careful working and a high level of commitment Good understanding of figures Very good ways of handling and pronounced communicative and organizational skills
